Join Austin Maggiolo on Friday mornings for Foundation Training (FT)! Austin is a certified FT instructor and Sacred Heart University Exercise Science Graduate.

FT is a series of exercises that are designed to strengthen our bodies’ natural movement patterns. These exercises teach us how to move our body effectively and build it up rather than the constant break down our modern lives create. FT uses breath, muscle activating poses, and smooth movements to teach our bodies how to increase resilience and reduce pain.

Whether you have back pain/don’t want back pain, want to enhance athletic performance, or even just feel better overall, FT can help. With FT, we do not treat injuries. We teach your body to move efficiently, powerfully, and in balance so that injuries due to mechanical imbalances and weaknesses fall by the wayside.

Open to all ages and levels of experience. Bring a mat or a blanket and some water. Austin accepts donations between $10 and $20 per class. Kindly email him to register so he can communicate with any changes to the schedule:

Class is held in the Auditorium during colder months and the Great Lawn when the weather permits.
