Join in a favorite traditional community event — a tribute to Children’s Librarian, Susan Ei, on Pequot Library’s one-of-a-kind Great Lawn! Enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs, and veggie burgers, or BYO Picnic. The Merwin Mountain Band will play live music. Take part in lawn games including badminton, ping pong, and spinnaker. Roast s’mores around the campfire. As the sun sets enjoy taking a closer look at the night sky through our telescope.
Sign up for your Summer Programs Attendee Card and start earning stamps by participating in our summer events and activities. Come for any part of the evening, or pitch your tent and camp all night. Remember to bring a pillow for the Big Pillow Fight!
