Pick up a good book for a great price! The Midwinter Book Sale is the little sister of the library’s regionally known Summer Book Sale; it’s smaller but more intimate, with many treasures and bargains to be found in the historic auditorium. All proceeds support Pequot Library’s services and circulation collection, programs for all ages, educational exhibitions, and world-class Special Collections.
This sale will offer a huge trove of cookbooks, many like new, priced at $3 each.
Additionally, there will be a large selection of books from our usual categories including Biography, History, Paperbacks, Fiction, Mystery, Children’s Books, and many others. Special feature for this sale will be a collection of several dozen Pop-up Books, and a group of Presidential-themed books, in honor of the President’s Day holiday and the upcoming election.
Pricing: $4 hardcover and $3 paperback, or as marked.
