School Programs at Pequot Library
Our school outreach program supports an environment where learning, culture, and information are accessible to all.
In 2018-2019, Pequot’s Education & School Programs served 1,145 visitors, students, and teachers through 42 education programs inspired by our world-class Special Collections. Students take tours of our exhibitions and our historic building, get up close and personal with rare books and important primary sources, and explore curriculum-related topics through hands-on creative projects.
Your Giving Day donation will directly support this critical program and help us serve more students, create diverse programming, and help underwrite the cost of buses so students can attend our programs at no cost to schools.
