This energetic and motivating 45-minute class is sure to get the heart pumping! Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are looking for a gentle re-entry into an active and healthy lifestyle, this medium-intensity class could be just for you. The encouraging, lively, and fun atmosphere allows you to work at your own pace while also empowering your mind and body. Drop in or register for 5 or 10 sessions.

About the Instructor:
Karen Hope is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. In addition to training clients one-on-one and in small groups, she is also a coach at F45 Training and an instructor at the Fairfield YMCA. Her passion is strength training, and she encourages everyone to always enjoy their personal journey to wellness. She lives in Fairfield with her three children.
