Audubon’s Birds of America Scavenger Hunt 

Each week from our Summer Programs Kickoff through the Summer Book Sale, we’ll turn a new page in our Special Collections Audubon folio and hide a copy of the image outside on the Great Lawn. Children who find the picture and tell us where it is will earn one stamp for their Summer Programs Attendee Cards. With a new bird featured each Wednesday, kids can come back each week for a new hunt and another chance to earn a stamp.

The scavenger hunt is part of our Treasures and Collections Summer Programs at Pequot Library. Sign up for your Attendee Card and start earning stamps by participating in any number of our summer programs and activities (June 13 to July 29). Also make sure to see our summer exhibition, Treasured Tomes: Rare Books and Their Collectors, on view from June 12 to September 20.
